PLANNING COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
The jobholder provides support in collecting & analyzing data systems, procedural activities, information flows process, and producing forecast planning for our key customers. Key responsibilities include: -
- Analyze the data collected from the system
- Produce reports for Total Logistics Solution team to plan/review/design the process and provide solutions for our key customers
- Coordinate with the key customers regarding the application of the system
- Use statistical modeling and analytical skills to develop evaluation approaches, methodologies, measurements, reports and produce forecast planning and cost justify logistics solutions to meet agreed customer needs
- Develop and prepare high-level project and process documents
- Prepare and deliver presentations and trainings of the new solutions
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operational Research, Quantitative Methods, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
- 1 - 2 years working experience in logistics; preferably experience in analyzing logistics related data or logistics solutions
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing and MS office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD and Access
- Good interpersonal skills. Strong in planning, analytical and communication skills. Knowledgeable in project management
- Independent, committed, customer-oriented, innovative, well-organized, attention to details, capable of dealing with numbers, can work under pressure, team-spirited and high level of integrity
