1st ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION PT HAVI INDONESIA
PT HAVI Indonesia celebrated its 1st Anniversary on 22nd December 2010. A simple event was held in DC Jakarta where all employees gathered and enjoyed the activities arranged by HR and the Party committee. The ceremony was dedicated also to all the employees for their tremendous effort in moving HAVI Indonesia to be a leader in our industry.
An employee committee (consisting of employees across all rank and file) was set up to help HR department arrange the activity:-
• Saldo (HSE Supervisor)
• Umi Fauziah (CS Supervisor)
• Yuani Widyawati (IC Supervisor)
• Fifin Suzita (Procurement Coordinator)
• Indah Budiarti (Document Controller)
• Tessa Fernando (HR Supervisor)
• Akhmad Sutrisno (QA Coordinator)
• Denny Budiyanto (IT Specialist).
To reinforce the Ceremony vision of “Party for the Staff and by the Staff”, the celebration was officially kicked off at 1800hrs with the opening speech from the Country Operations Manager: - Ahmad Sofyan. He shared about his experience on 19th December 2009, when HAVI Indonesia took over all operations and the progress the team has made under such a short period of time. He also reminded all the team that 2011 will be more challenging but with hard work, and discipline, we can do it.
Wellington Foo, Country General Manager, later thanked everyone for their dedication and hard work, reminding them of the need to be vigilant during the upcoming peak period. He also shared the good results of the recently concluded DQMP audit and the donation drive for the Merapi victims.
Through a set of criteria set up by the organizing committee and HR department, awards were given out to in recognition of outstanding staff:-
1. Best Driver (Winner: Yudi Sepiyanto)
2. Best Delivery Assistant (Winner: Nano Simanjuntak)
3. Best Order Selector (Winner: Herdiansyah)
The event was then concluded with a birthday cake cutting to show the coming of age of PT HAVI Indonesia. All Managers joined hands to cut the cake, symbolizing the continued unity under One Team One Voice ONE FORCE.
