Supervisor - Warehouse Operations
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is expected to work on shifts and to oversee day to day warehouse operation. He/she is expected to meet performance targets through controlling and monitoring a team of operation staff. Key accountabilities include: -
· Supervise warehouse routine operation with collaboration between various departments
· Implement and improve operation standards and procedures
· Supervise and monitor performance of warehouse operation staff
· Deliver training and guidance programs
· Compile daily reports and statistics
· Enforce safety and security measures on facilities
Requirements:
· Diploma holder in Logistics Management or related discipline
· Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in warehouse, distribution center or logistics environment, with 3 years at supervisory level;
· Valid license holder in forklift and/or material handling equipment an added advantage;
· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
· Hands-on experience in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
· Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to work on shifts (including night shift)
